Health Clinic & Vaccine Registration – NAACP Greater Harrisburg Branch

The NAACP Greater Harrisburg Branch will be holding Health Clinics on Thursday, September 28th & Thursday, October 26th from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, in Room G at the AFSCME Conference Center, 150 S. 43rd St, Harrisburg, PA 17111. Both events are open to the public. We will be providing vaccinations, and we’ll also have health & immunization information available, along with face masks & hand sanitizer. Our Health Clinics are being offered in conjunction with Black Equity Coalition, Pennsylvania Department of Health, Aetna & Latino Connection.

Aetna will be onsite to offer the New COVID Booster for Fall 2023, as well as the Current Flu Shot. Please CLICK HERE to register OR send an email to hbgnaacp97@gmail.com. The registration email must include:

• Which health clinic date – 9/28 or 10/26?
• COVID Booster, Flu Shot or Both immunizations?

• Your photo ID.
• Your health insurance card, if you have coverage.
• Your current COVID Vaccination Record
