Health Clinic & Vaccine Registration – NAACP Greater Harrisburg Branch

The NAACP Greater Harrisburg Branch will be holding a Health Clinic on Sunday, October 29th from 12 – 2 pm, at Bethel AME Church, located at 1721 North 5th Street in Harrisburg, PA. This event is open to the public. We will be providing vaccinations, and we’ll also have health & immunization information available, along with face masks & hand sanitizer. Our Health Clinic is being offered in conjunction with the Black Equity Coalition, Aetna & Latino Connection.

Aetna will be onsite to offer the New COVID Booster for Fall 2023, as well as the Current Flu Shot. Please CLICK HERE to register OR send an email to hbgnaacp97@gmail.com. The registration email must include:

• Which health clinic date – 9/28 or 10/26?
• COVID Booster, Flu Shot or Both immunizations?

• Your photo ID.
• Your health insurance card, if you have coverage.
• Your current COVID Vaccination Record
